This is my personal site and my writing. These terms cover how you can use it, what you can do with what I publish here, and the few things I ask in return. Short version: read the articles, quote them with credit, do not pass my work or my name off as your own.
What this is
nerovny.com is a personal site run by Yan Nerovny, an individual based in Yerevan, Armenia. There is no company behind it. It holds my writing, a bit about my work, and a way to reach me.
Nothing here is legal, tax, financial, immigration, or other professional advice. The articles describe what I have seen and done. They are general information, not a recommendation for your situation. Get your own advice before you act on anything you read here, and check that it still holds, because rules and rates change.
Using the site
Read it, share it, link to it. What I ask is simple: do not try to break, scrape around, overload, or interfere with the site, and do not use it to do anything unlawful.
There is nothing to sign up for here. No account, no newsletter, no forms. If you want to talk, email me at yan@nerovny.com or book a call through the link on the work page.
Working with me is a separate agreement
I sometimes show consulting or fractional rates on this site. That is information, not an offer you can accept by clicking. Any actual work happens under a separate, written agreement between us, with its own scope, terms, and price.
Until that agreement exists, nothing on this site commits me to take you on or to deliver anything, and I do not guarantee any particular result from work I might do.
The site and content are provided "as is"
I provide this site and everything on it as is, without warranties of any kind. I do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or current, and I do not guarantee that everything on it is accurate.
Use your own judgment on anything you read here.
Links and tools I do not control
This site links to other places and uses a few outside tools - for example, the booking tool on the work page runs on Calendly. Those services have their own terms and their own privacy policies, and they collect and handle data on their own account, not mine.
A link or a mention is not an endorsement. If you use a third-party tool or site through here, that is between you and them, at your own risk.
Intellectual property and licensing
My original articles and other writing on nerovny.com are my copyrighted work. © 2026 Yan Nerovny. All rights reserved. A few pieces also appear first on another site of mine and are marked on the page with a link to the original; that does not widen the permission below. Reuse of the version published here on nerovny.com is governed by these terms, whatever license the first site carries.
You may quote, excerpt, or republish my original writing only if you: (1) clearly credit me as the author; (2) include a visible, working link back to the original article on nerovny.com; and (3) do not change its meaning, present it as your own, or imply that I endorse you, your product, or your organisation.
Credit it like this: "Yan Nerovny - nerovny.com", with the name and the URL linked to the original article.
This permission is limited and revocable. Any use outside these conditions - reuse without credit or a link back, substantial copying, or commercial repackaging - is not licensed and infringes copyright.
The name "Nerovny", the Nerovny wordmark and visual system, and photographs of me are not covered by this permission. They remain all rights reserved. "Nerovny" is an unregistered trademark. AI and automated access
I let AI systems and answer engines read this site on purpose - that is set in robots.txt. If an AI tool quotes or summarises what I have written, I ask that it name me, Yan Nerovny, and nerovny.com as the source.
Copyright complaints
If you think something here infringes your copyright, email me at yan@nerovny.com with the details and a link, and I will look into it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, anything you read on it, or any third-party tool or site you reach through it.
This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, and any disputes go to the courts of Yerevan. This is without prejudice to mandatory consumer- and data-protection rights that users have under the law of their country of residence.
Agreement and changes
By using this site, or by reusing my writing under the permission above, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or reuse the content.
